When placing a custom commission with Deorum Studios:

• Project Scope: You and Deorum Studios will agree upon the project scope, timelines, and deliverables before beginning work.

• Revisions: We allow for a limited number of revisions based on the agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Ownership: Upon full payment, you will receive the commissioned work, but Deorum Studios retains the right to display the artwork in portfolios, exhibitions, or promotional material unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Prices for products, services, and commissions are listed on the website or discussed directly with the client. Deorum Studios reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time.

• Payment Methods: We accept payments through secure third-party processors. All transactions must be completed prior to the delivery of any products or services unless otherwise agreed.

Deorum Studios offers a 30-day return policy for most products. Custom commissions, however, are non-refundable due to the personalised nature of the work. If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue.

7. Cancellations

• Orders: If you wish to cancel a product order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Commissions: Custom commissions are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit upon the start of work. Cancellations after work has begun may result in additional charges, depending on the progress of the project.
